Hello, my name is Matthew Zielinski!

I am a digital designer with a focus in User Experience and Product Design. Based out of Stamford, Connecticut, I bring a strong drive for problem-solving and continuously learning information.

After spending almost seven years in bar and restaurant management, I made a career shift back to my roots of design; diving head first into the world of UX and Product Design. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Design and Media Production from the SUNY University at Buffalo and Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Since graduation, I have been working on honing my design thinking, establishing a successful freelance business while working over 50 hours a week managing the bar.

My years of working and managing in the service industry have fostered my passion for creating meaningful connections with coworkers, clients, and peers. I thrive in an environment where I can use my critical thinking skills to solve complex problems, whether it is troubleshooting a 30-foot-long insulated draft beer system or learning the ins and outs of a new software tool. I pride myself on my ability to identify problems and troubleshoot successful solutions.

As a lover of new experiences, I bring a sense of wonder and excitement to my design work. I believe in creating engaging experiences while also meeting business objectives. With a keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for improvement, I am dedicated to delivering high-quality designs that solve problems; no matter how complex or serious.
